FRANCIS X. DORRITY
Francis X. Dorrity began practicing law in 1972 and started his firm in 1974. From the beginning, Francis enjoyed preparing and trying very challenging civil cases and has received great results for his clients. Francis is specialized as a Certified Civil Trial Lawyer by the State of New Jersey and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the years, his practice has become dedicated to handling serious injury and death cases due to car crashes, work accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, defective products and related negligence claims. The firm has recovered substantial verdicts and settlements for clients. In 1979, Dorrity Law Office moved to its present location in The Justice Building, 408 Summit Avenue, Jersey City, NJ. Throughout the past 45 years, Dorrity Law Office has obtained multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for clients and Francis X. Dorrity continues to protect his clients’ rights when injured or killed through the negligence of individuals, businesses or government entities. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York & New Jersey and is an active participant in the New Jersey Association of Justice and the American Association of Justice.

TRACEY A. DORRITY
Tracey A. Dorrity has been actively engaged in the practice of law since 1992 representing seriously injured and disabled people throughout New Jersey. Along with her father Francis, she has built a firm recognized for its highly specialized litigation and trial practice that helps injured people and families rebuild their lives. Tracey represents individuals and families in medical malpractice cases, personal injury matters, nursing home neglect cases, defective product cases and workers compensation claims. She also assists our Veterans in the Federal District Court with final appeals. Tracey is admitted to practice law in the States of New York & New Jersey and is a member of the the New Jersey Association of Justice, the American Association of Justice, and the New Jersey & New York State Bar Associations.
